What is a girl to do after she has written/produced hit songs for the likes of Britney, (“Gimme More”) and Timbaland? (‘The Way I Are”) Well you get your ass into the studio and make one of the hottest albums out for 2009.
Keri Hilson will release her much delayed “In A Perfect World” this Tuesday, March 24th. This album is HOT! It’s an album full of Slut-pop anthems that will have all ho’s around the world screaming for more. I reviewed Keri’s “Turnin’ Me On” about a month ago and already that song was one of my faves, so now that the album is almost out , I have one recommendation: U MUST LISTEN TO IT!
Keri released “Energy” as the albums first single but for some strange reason the song went nowhere. I really don’t gey why cos the song is sick and in the video we see Keri as a boxer kicking some ass.
After that single went down the pooper Keri teamed up with Timbaland again, and released “Return The Favor”. That song yet again went nowhere and things were starting to look grim for Miss. Hilson and it seemed as though her album was never going to see the light of day.
Then, with the third single “Turnin’ Me On” things change and Keri found herself a hit that has already entered the US Billboard Top 20 and is still climbing. This song really has to be listened to. The bass on this song will blow most speakers out. (If that’s your kinda thing. It is my kinda thing, but then again, I’m just ghetto trash) Now with the success of the single the album is FINALLY being released. I adore this album and have been shaking my ass to it since the first listen.
