Week In Singles.

Well, well, I guess it’s time to yet again feature some of the best and worst this week has to offer and I ain’t gonna lie, there’s a lot of stinky shit on the airwaves at the moment. So let’s get it started!

Yes, Dangerous.

Yes, Dangerous.

Oh Lord, they are back. Cascada recently scored their first No.1 hit with a horrible excuse for a song known as “Evacuate The Dancefloor” and now they are releasing “Dangerous” as their 2nd single and things don’t get any better.

I just don’t get why this group is popular. They make the trashiest kind of euro-pop that is so bad it can’t even be classified as a guilty pleasure. “Dangerous” finds the group returning to their “techno-pop” sound that made “Everytime We Touch” a world-wide smash. So, it’s no surprise that this sound EXACTLY like that song, so there is nothing new here, just some tired attempt for: MORE MONEY.

Judging by the recent success of the group I’m sure this will be a top 10 hit but it’s not cos it’s any good. It’s only because they will probably play this song to death like they did their last song.  If you want originality and quality in the jamz you listen to, then I would steer clear of this stinky minge. If you don’t believe me just watch the video.

My Rating: 4 fishy vaginas.

Bad.

Bad.

Jessie James had a hit with her song “Wanted” a quirky mix of pop & country. The formula seemed to work for that song but sadly for her 2nd single “I Look So Good (Without You)” the pop-country sound falls flat and she sounds like an American Idol reject. Well, that’s not saying much cos even the winners of that shit-fest suck.

I don’t get where these girls come from cos, seriously, to me they all sound the same and while I may be hating on Lady Gaga for all her “vampire shenanigans,” Gaga’s left testicle is more interesting than this piece of shit. It’s time to go back to Dairy Queen Miss. James and keep on flippn’ those burgers cos this music thing, well, it just ain’t workin’.

If you really want to waste 3 minutes of your life like I did, then you might want to give this a listen, that is, if you like to waste your time. If you don’t, then don’t worry I have wasted it for you already and I want my 3 minutes BACK!

My Rating: 4 steamy, drippy vaginas.

1 is Enough!

1 is Enough!

Kristinia DeBarge’s “Goodbye” was an annoying tune that made me want to pull my hair out every time it came on the radio. Lucky for me, it wasn’t that big of a hit here in the U.K. Since the song only managed to peak at no.15 on the Billboard charts, her team decided to release not one but two singles, “Sabotage” (urban radio) and “Future Love” (pop radio) to ensure that the girl will get some sort of hit!

Now, the problem here is that while “Sabotage” shows all her strengths “Future Love” exposes all her flaws. The first is a feisty anthem that shows Kristinia in full control of the song and the aggressive tone of the here really does suit her voice a lot better than the sappy, lovey-dovey crap tone of “Future Love.” It really washes her out and makes for very, very boring listen. Seriously I almost fell asleep listening to that song!

I don’t think that she’s got enough going for her (except maybe her last name) to keep her on the charts. If “Sabotage” is a hit I will be surprised and if ‘Future Love” is a hit… well then.. I might have to drink my own piss.

My Rating: 2 slightly stale cocks.

Single Of The Week:

The Saturdays- "Forever Is Over"

The Saturdays- "Forever Is Over"

It seems like only yesterday The Saturdays were on the charts with the fanta-bulous single “Work” but sadly for them they took too long to release it and it was a flop. It was their lowest charting single, which is hard to believe cos if charts were based on quality “I Just Can’t Get Enough” would have been a complete and total dud.

The girls are going to release their 2nd album sometime in the fall and the 1st single “Forever Is Over” is quite a refreshing change for these lil’ minxes , They are taking an edgier and more aggressive tone in their music. At first I really thought they had gone and lost their mind cos it does sound very different to all their previous singles, but this is different in a good way. I really like what they did and there are tons of remixes for the song that I’m sure I will love. This will definitely be HUGE for them, mark my words. Now enjoy the video. (while you can)
