Q.T.&.I. (10 Ways To Have Good Day)

I have been doing some vast Gay investigation to see what would really get us Gays going in the morning and I have come up with a list of top 10 things to do, to get your day started the right way.

1. Rise at 7:21. Get up before this time and you could feel as though you have had a 12 inch dildo shoved up your ass! (YUM) Some fancy University studies have shown that, if you rise at this time you are more likely to have more energy throughout the day.

2. Do Some Exercise. Doing some exercise before work always gives you that extra pump to get your day going, and lets face it seeing some cock that early in the morning at the gym will get anybody standing to attention. This also fires up your metabolism and releases “feel-good-chemicals” into the brain. So get your ass outta bed!

3. Have Sex. I mean seriously, is there anything I should have to say for you to have sex before you to work? I mean, if you have a boyfriend then use his dick like a alarm clock and hit it when ever you can! Not only will sex in the morning give you a great pick me up but no one will be able to wipe that “just-had-sex” grin off your face for the entire day.

4. Smell The Coffee. Who doesn’t like to have some hot, strong black coffee in the morning? This really gives you a great kick in the morning and if you have ANYTHING black in you, you know that’s a good thing.

5. Play Music. If you wake up to the music you love this could really get you up and outta bed. I know this for a fact. When you’re single you need something to wake you up and if it ain’t a big dick in your bed then Khia singing “lick my pussy and my crack” has just about the same effect in my book.

6, Stretch In The Shower. Hot water loosens your muscles, making this a lot easier. Stretching improves circulation to all areas of the body and if you’re lucky you could combine this one with no.3!

7. Add Some Honey To Your Porridge. If you don’t have porridge in the morning then you are just being a silly Gay. This is the best thing you could have to get you ready to face a new day. The natural sweeteners in honey can boost the levels of the “happy hormone” serotonin and if you take the time a spread it all over your body and your lovers then that’s a great way to kick start.. well…… anything really!

8. Have Some Vitamin C. This is a great stress buster and the more you have the less stress you will have. Simple, really. If you have high levels of Vitamin C you will find it easier to bounce back from stressful situations at work and in life in general so drink lot of orange juice or slice some strawberries into your cereal.

9. Add Some Flax-seeds To Your Diet. Yes, they don’t taste great but the benefits you can get from this oil are really great. The omega 3 fatty acids found flax-seed can combat depression and they can also leave you feeling happier and more energised. Don’t over do it! A teaspoon a day should keep you going all day long.

10. Finally visit sites like MINE. Well, did you actually think I would get through 10 things and NOT mention my site? Please! you know how self-centered I am!     I LOVE black coffee and it always seems to get me going in the morn, esp the smell of it while I’m getting ready to hit the streets. (hmm, that really does make me sound like a hooker)
    No prob, the sites I have mentioned always make me smile. (among other things!)
