Winter is here and you think you can just shy away from the gym? Hell NO! I’m here to help you out a bit with 5 last minute tips to get your flabby Gay ass into shape! (or at least make your belly go down a bit!)

1. Peckish? Well then snack on a dill pickle. They have less than one calorie per slice so eat up!

2. Always prefer the stairs to the lift/elevator. If you don’t do any exercise you’ve got to get more physical but if you don’t have time, walking up 5 flights of stairs could go a long way to burn off calories and tone your legs, ass and tummy.

3. Top your salad with lemon juice or vinegar which work like lighter fluid in your body’s fat incinerator, increasing carb combustion 20%-40%! So, put the dressing down!

4. Pass on the potatoes! They raise levels of insulin in the blood, triggering your body to stop burning—and start storing—fat. This is ANY kind of potatoes, mashed, baked, as well as fries and crisps.

5. Find inspiration. It’s very important to motivate yourself by finding something that inspires you to be fit. (or fitter) I can help in that department! I have selected some of the best workout pics there are out there with hot, hunky men working out at the gym and you can feast your eyes on these guys and say: Hey! I want a body like that!

There is still hope to get your body leaner than it is now so don’t be lazy and don’t get discouraged, JUST DO IT GAYS!
