I’m sure all of you remember the hottie from Project Runway season 4, Jack Mackenroth. He had to leave early due to the fact that his H.I.V was acting up. It was a really sad moment for everyone cos he was very talented and of course sooooo HOT! After he left there was not much to look at in the stud department.
He has been H.I.V positive for over 20 years and he is a great example of moving on with your life. I just can’t get over how hot this guy is, really. He’s 40 years old and lives in New York City.
