Q.T.&.I. (5 Ways To Re-Charge Your Life)

Sometimes, life can get to us and it just makes us want to curl up in a little ball and call out “Mommy!” But as always I am here to give you some good ol’ Gay lovin’!  (And that doesn’t include a live sex show via web cam.) So, what to do when we are having bad days, bad weeks or hell, even bad years, well, read this and you will find at least one thing that will help you out of your Gay funk.

1. De-clutter Your Life. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Well then, to help clear your mind have a good sort through your things and get rid of anything that may be cluttering your living space and your life. This will create the sensation of “starting again” and will perk you up and get you motivated to get moving!

2. Learn To Love Your Looks. Yes, I know easier said than done but you just really gotta do it! A good way to do this is, stand naked in front of the mirror, looking at all those parts of your body that you like. (like your nice hairy legs, nice ass, great hair, it can be ANYTHING!) After that take a look at the things you don’t like about your body, BUT you have to find at least ONE good thing about that part that you don’t like. For example, “it might jiggle, but at least it’s smooth” This is a great way to remind yourself that you don’t need to be perfect to be happy.

3. Be Happy With Less. Do you really need to be spending all that money on clothes and the latest gadgets? One of the most important things I have learned in my life, I learned from my computer literacy teacher, Mrs Tartley. After I  complained that the computers were too old to do anything with and the school should buy new ones, she gave me this look of death, wobbled over to my desk and said “looka herea boy, your needs are limited but your wants are unlimited”and I was like “WHATEVER” but a couple of years ago I realised what she was trying to say to me. Distinguish between what you NEED and what you WANT. Living with what you need is a sure way to a happier you.

4. Get Up & Go. Finding it hard to get up and go in the morning? The best way to get that good ol’ Gay energy going is a nice LONG COCK full body stretch. Here’s a good one to start with: Lie with your arms on your head, wiggling your hips. Open your eyes wide and stick out your tongue. Bring your knees to your chest, sit up, take a deep breath and as you exhale say “AH”. Simple and it works.

5. Prepare To Pamper. If your feeling like a pile of stepped on shit, then it’s time to treat yourself to a little pampering. this can be anything that makes YOU feel good. A good long wanking session, a facial mask, a cocktail, a long hot bath or shower. ANYTHING that makes you feel like you’re taking care of YOU first. Let this time be ALL ABOUT YOU! Be Selfish for an hour or two and you will feel the difference!

    Well, it took me a while to learn the 3rd one cos I used to be VERY materialistic, but I’m slowly but surely learning that material things are not all they are cracked up to be.
