
We all know that Summer is right around the corner and we just ALL want to be as fit as possible to show off our bodies in the best possible way. By this I’m not saying that you have to have a perfect body, it just means being healthy and happy with the way that you look. 1. Eat More Slowly. It takes a while for the body to realize that it is full, so it’s best to eat slowly instead of shoving it down your mouth like a 9 inch cock. Eating slowly will make you feel fuller faster and maybe you’ll pass on that 2nd helping.
2. Eat Breakfast. how many times have you heard this one? Well then, it must be for some fucking reason don’t you think? If you eat a huge breakfast you are less likely to be peckish before lunch and we all know what we go for when we are feeling peckish: JUNK FOOD! So eat big in the morning and you’ll feel better longer.
3. Cut Down On The Lager. We all know that lager has TONS of empty calories and this leads to that dreaded POT BELLY. A pint of beer has over 200 calories so just think about it, if you have 5 pints that’s 1000 calories and that is almost half of the calories you are supposed to have a day! So just think about that massive calorie overload every time you knock back 5 or 7.
