Remix This! BITCH!

I hate the fact that some of the best music goes unnoticed while shit continues to dominate the charts and the airwaves! Kelis put out an AMAZING album “Fleshtone” earlier this year and while it has not been a complete and total flop it still is not getting the recognition it truly deserves! The album is brilliant and I think that is right up there for my album of the year.

I have decided to feature the best remixes of her singles “Acapella” and “4th of July (Fireworks)” these two singles are beyond dance-tastic and while the first was a top 10 hit here in the UK the follow-up was shunned and dragged it’s way to no.32!

“Acapella” was a new promising beginning for Kelis and it really did pay off for her as it reached Top 5 on the singles chart in the UK and no.1 on the Dance Charts in the same country and on the Billboard Club Charts. I thought this was going to be the start for a massive year for Kelis. This song kicked it off for her in 2010 and the best remix by far the Dave Aude Remix and here it is for you hot Gay ears!

The same week that the brilliance of “4th of July (Fireworks)” was released JLS released their god-awful single “The Club Is Alive.” Their shitty song topped the charts while Kelis didn’t crack the top 20! Where the fuck is the justice? It’s certainly ain’t on the charts, that’s fo sho! There were a bag load of remixes for this incredible jam and by far the one the shines the brightest is the WAWA remix! Enojy the fireworks!
