After the shocking, and I mean shocking, under performance of “Get Outta My Way” on the charts in the UK (no.12) Kylie is determined to make “Aphrodite” work and the lil’ diva ain’t gonna give up and is releasing “Better Than Today” as the 3rd single.
I have mixed feeling about this release. On the one side it is rather catchy but a bit less dance-y comparing it to her 2 previous tracks but there is something that I just don’t like about the track. It might be the guitar-y sing-song-y quality of it all but I think the lyrics are quite good.
The single is out Dec.12 and there is already a remix out for the track, which I have for you here and I think I’ll take this one to the one on the album.
