As I said a couple of days ago, today I will feature the best of Infernal’s remixes for their “Electric Cabaret” album. They have released 4 singles from the album and EVERY single has at least 4 a-mazing remixes! I have picked the best remixes and will be posting them here, they have been especially selected for all you dance-crazed Gays. Let us begin!
Hawt!
“Downtown Boys” was the first single released from “Electric Cabaret” and was a huge hit in Denmark and making it their fisrt No.1 on radio airplay. It remained there for 4 weeks. Everywhere else this song went pretty much nowhere, but that doesn’t mean the song isn’t a-mazing. Even though the song has had no official release date here in the U.K it was used in a dance compliation for U.K markets. The Thomas Vendelboes Afterhours Remix is like the girft that keeps on giving. I LOVE IT! It takes the orginal chews it up and spits out a hell-fire disco anthem.

Brilliant!
The 2nd single “Whenever U Need Me” was not a big hit their previous single but still managed to peak at no.2 in their home country. Even though the single was released to some parts of Eastern Europe it failed to chart anywhere it was released. I don’t know why this song wasn’t pushed here in the U.K, I mean this has Gay hit written all over it! Especially the Hampenberg Pop Remix! It’s an electro-classic.

Electric Fire.
The 3rd single “Electric Light” was released with 8 (!) remixes and ALL of them are dance-i-licious, but of course I have to pick the best of the best and I think I have done so. It’s another Hampenberg Remix. This has got to be Infernal at their most electro. I really do hope that this is the sound they will have for their up coming new album cos it ROCKS!

Infernal’s 4th and final release from “Electric Cabaret” is the choon of choons “Re-definition.” I posted the video a couple of days ago and for me it’s one of their best videos only due to the fact that it’s the campest song of the year. If you want the song to have a harder edge then the Jack Dizzle Remix is the remix for all you hard electro-queers.
