Well, Brit-Bot is in total control with the 22 (yes 22!) official remixes for the 3rd single off of “Femme Fatale” the sassy “I Wanna Go.” The video was a bit of a let down for many reasons, the pink extensions being one of the main problems in the video, but it seems that Britters wants to make it up to us with these remixes.

They are fucking amazing. But it’s not cos Britters is even singing on the track cos if the original was a bit robotic, on almost all of the remixes the Dj’s really run with the robotic-ness of the track and in some remixes it doesn’t even sound like Britney anymore. It’s a bad thing but if you were looking for a remix to strip the song down, well keep on looking cos none of them strip, they just more electro bleeps and squeaks.

Two remixes are above and beyond amazing. They take the song which is already fantastic and just turn it into a gay-dance-floor quenching anthem! I can not get enough of the “Chuck Bucket Valer Remix” which is very Daft Punk-y and then there is the “Disco Fries Remix” which is deliciously dark and gives the song a raw twist.

Robyn keeps releasing amazing track after amazing track and the fact that the music keeps on getting better and better makes me love this sly minx all the more. The special thing about Robyn’s music is that no mater how many times her tunes get remixed there is always feeling & emotion behind it all. This is soul-music or music for the soul, a dance-y kinda slutty soul, that is.

She has just released “Call Your Girlfriend” and the remixes are just beyond incredible. They are slick, tight and they make you want to get up and dance your ass off and of course that is the only thing we gays want from a remix! (Well, that and some shirtless hunk bumpin’ and grindin’ all up in our bizness!) Now, that we have the remixes hopefully we will get a video for the song. The single will be officially released May 16th and I want this to be a smash! Robyn at her finest.

Well, I can officially say that Britters has come back full force with her single “Hold It Against Me.” Debuting at no.1 in several countries the song has been a smash around the world. The video is a visual assault and I have to say it has never felt this good to be visually abused! I just adore the video. It took forever to release but it was well worth the wait!

But of course we know that you can not have a Britney track without remixes and when I heard a particular “HIAM” remix I had to wipe my seat after listening. The remix that caused such pleasure was the Jumpsmokers Club remix and I gotta say it is one of her best remixes EVER! Right up there with the Jacques Lu Cont Mix of “Breathe On Me.”

Of course this remix is here for your hot lil’ears to enjoy so I stop all the yapping and let’s start all the dancin’!

After 2003′s “American Life” album many thought that we would never hear from Madonna again. (How many times have we heard that one before?) Well, she proved everyone wrong and went back to what made her famous in the first place, making amazing pop music for the gays. (oh yeah and everybody else.)

With 2005′s “Confession On A Dance Floor” Madonna came back with a disco-tastic-orgasmic bang and released one of her biggest (and best) singles “Hung Up.” This was the song that everyone had been waiting for her to make for over 15 years. Many had felt that this was her first all-out-feel good dance track since “Vogue.”

The “Confessions” era happens to be my 2nd favorite Madonna period and I decided that I wanted to show some love with some of the best remixes from the four singles released which were all great strong single choices. The videos started off strong with the spectacular “Hung Up” and “Sorry” but took a turn for the worse with the boring “Get Together” (that song deserved soooo much better!) and then “Jump” which Madonna wore an ill fitting blond wig and jumped around in a cheap set that shook every time she moved.

But the most important thing here was the music and the entire album was a true testament to Madonna’s power to come back and make everyone and their cat love her again. When people count Madonna out she comes back harder than ever and let’s just hope she does this with her next album cos her entire “Hard Candy” era left a very, very bitter taste in my mouth.

Well, this week we have remixes from Britney with her kinda “blah” remix to the a-mazing song “3″ to  the group where all the members HATE each other, (A.K.A The Sugababes), so let’s dance right into this….

3 & On FIRE!

Now, as I predicted Britney scored a HUGE hit with her new single “3,” the song debut at no.1 on the Billboard charts and has done so in pretty much every pais. The strange thing is that so far there has only been 1 official remix of the song. The Groove Police Club Remix is not a bad remix, but there is nothing special about it. It just takes the song to the dance clubs, even though the original is pretty dance already. I hope there are more remixes to this song cos it’s turned into one of my fave Britters track. The remix……Not so much.

Not Quite Right.

Yes, these girls are a mess and I really don’t think they are even together anymore. There is really too much drama going on and the music has take a back seat. That kinda sucks cos “About A Girl” is not a bad song. It’s nothing to suck cock over but it is one of their stronger singles. The only thing that kinda kills it for me is all this cattiness that is going on but then again what do I expect, when girls get FAME they turn into mega-psycho-bitches. The Sharp Boys Remix of the song gives the song an edgier feel, I prefer this to the original.

WORK IT!

I seriously don’t know what happened to Ciara’s “Fantasy Ride” album. It just completely flopped! That really does suck cos it contained the DRAG QUEEN CLASSIC “Work.” This song was probably too fabulous for it’s own good but nonetheless it is a song that no matter where you are,will get your ass up out of the chair and twerkin’ in no time!

The Poker Face Remix of the song takes it to yet another level of Drag-a-licious nastiness and it should have been a no.1 smash! Well it is in my head. Have a listen and just try not to drop dat ass!
