<p>Here is the first segment in my quest to find the best gym for us Gays in London and today, we come across  JUBILEE HALL GYM simply known as &#8220;The Gym.&#8221;</p>
<p>Jubilee Hall is a big light and airy gym of around 5000 sq ft of machines and weights with high vaulted glass ceiling located just south of the piazza in Covent Garden. The equipment was all replaced in January 09 with Nautilus machines which was a good thing as previously all the equipment was a bit old and old school.</p>

Staff are friendly and the gym instructors also know their stuff and do put you through your paces, phew! There also personal trainers on hand with varying price ranges and all look incredibly fit! There are various classes available free to members and also I have seen a bit of karate going on and a bit of pole dancing! You can also have sun bed sessions and enjoy a bit of re-fuelling at the café. There are also treatments available, so if you fancy a massage or a bit of aromatherapy, here’s your place.</p>
<p>Membership fees are fair and there are no contracts which is great for those of you that like to get around the gym scene, and as we went to press you can get a free one day pass. Towels are extra and you need 20 pence for the lockers. The changing room for the guys is a bit on the small side and feels especially so at peak times. The gym opens at 6.45am and closes at 10pm during the week and the general reduced hours at the weekend – 9pm on Sat and 5pm on Sunday.</p>

<p>The showers are individual although they have had a bit of a problem of late – luke warm although the pressure blows your socks off, if you happened to be wearing any! The sauna seats about 6 and then it’s full. This is a bit of a gay mecca and loads of hot guys to ogle. This is pretty much a gay gym!</p>
<p>Also I forgot to mention this is part of the ‘UK Fitness Network’ which gives unlimited access to more than 100 gyms as well as numerous swimming pools.</p>

<p>Hello, hello all&#8230; Today&#8217;s Q.T.&amp;.I. (Queer Tips &amp; Info) is very important for me cos there are a lot of Gay men out there that are really clueless when it comes to fucking men that are HIV positive and there is a lot of incorrect information out there so I&#8217;m setting the record straight on today&#8217;s topic: Viral Load.</p>
<p>The Viral Load is how much HIV is in the body of someone that is positive. The VL can be high, low or &#8220;undetectable&#8221;. If the VL is high there is a higher chance of the person getting sick and more chance they will pass on HIV if they have unprotected sex.</p>
<p>So actually the VL is how infectious someone with HIV is. If their VL is low it is less likely the will pass on HIV to others.</p>
<p>If someones VL is &#8220;undetectable&#8221; DOES NOT mean there is no HIV there. This just means that the test is not sensitive enough to measure the low levels. This does not mean that having unprotected sex with someone whose VL is &#8220;undetectable&#8221; is safe, it is always risky and a condom should always be worn.</p>

<p>We all know that Summer is right around the corner and we just ALL want to be as fit as possible to show off our bodies in the best possible way. By this I&#8217;m not saying that you have to have a perfect body, it just means being healthy and happy with the way that you look. Here are a few quick tips to achieve the best possible you for this Hot, Hot Summer. (I hope!)</p>
<p>1. Eat More Slowly. It takes a while for the body to realize that it is full, so it&#8217;s best to eat slowly instead of shoving it down your mouth like  a 9 inch cock. Eating slowly will make you feel fuller faster and maybe you&#8217;ll pass on that 2nd helping.</p>
<p>2. Eat Breakfast. how many times have you heard this one? Well then, it must be for some fucking reason don&#8217;t you think? If you eat a huge breakfast you are less likely to be peckish before lunch and we all know what we go for when we are feeling peckish: JUNK FOOD! So eat big in the morning and you&#8217;ll feel better longer.</p>
<p>3. Cut Down On The Lager. We all know that lager has TONS of empty calories and this leads to that dreaded POT BELLY. A pint of beer has over 200 calories so just think about it, if you have 5 pints that&#8217;s 1000 calories and that is almost half of the calories you are supposed to have a day! So just think about that massive calorie overload every time you knock back 5 or 7.</p>
<p>These quick 3 tips wil help you get started on your road to a trimmer you for the Summer and beyond.</p>

<p>Let&#8217;s first visit the diverse set of groups that you can join if you feel you want to meet people that you have something in common with, maybe it&#8217;s religion or maybe just general Gay groups that get together in your area.</p>
